Choose affordable, strong and eco-friendly window building materials for the homes you build.
Just because you’re building on a budget, you don’t have to compromise on quality, beauty and doing your bit for the environment, when choosing your window building materials. That’s because Swartland has recently introduced Kayo pre-sealed and pre-glazed hardwood windows.
“This range offers the construction industry a unique proposition that has been designed to increase the overall build quality of budget builds, as well as save construction companies time and money on installation and finishing,” says Cobus Lourens, national sales manager at Swartland.
Pre-sealed with a water-based sealant for protection and ease of maintenance, and pre-glazed with 3 mm glass for better insulation, these window building materials arrive on site ready to be installed immediately, and require no further work after their installation. The windows’ hardwood, harvested from sustainably-managed forests, has been kiln-dried so that it has a moisture content of 8 %, minimising any natural movement, and helping it to withstand the country’s weather conditions.
This window building material is SANS 613 compliant and comes with a three-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
